Shower needs better maintenance!!! We dealt with a running toilet!!! The fridge emitted unpleasant odors!!! I waited too long for check-in with no one in sight!!! Improve those facilities and consistent upkeep!!!

During my stay, the check-in experience was quite frustrating. The staff struggled with communication, and despite my request for rooms close together, we ended up at opposite ends of the hotel. Additionally, the breakfast options were extremely limited, with only basic items available, and cleanliness in the dining area could be improved.

Loved the room with two queen beds! It had air conditioning, an alarm clock, and a private bathroom. The wireless internet was solid. Plus, the spa facilities were a nice touch. Overall, the space felt large and comfy, just what we needed!
